Hey people of Northern Virgina! My name is Dee Dee and I have what some may call a "cleaning fetish". I actually LOVE to clean so I decided to make a business out of it. Who get's to say they love waking up in the morning and LOVE what they do? Not many, I can assure you!

Let's make a date so I can come visit your home in it's current condition, it's size, amount of bedrooms and baths, etc. It's at this appointment where I will learn exactly what you want done each visit! I say that becasue I know after the first date of service, you will surely want me to come back on either a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. You may even want me to come move in with you but I'm sorry - I am taken. LOL

I always bring my own cleaning supplies, vacccum and spinmop 360, unless you require a specific product which in that case, you would need to provide.

I used to work for a home staging company when I lived in NJ so I was resposible for cleaning homes to make them gleam, not just sellable. There wasn't room for one germ!

Travel:

* I do not work in DC. (I aplogize -it's just a pet peeve)

* I travel as far as 30-40 minutes in any direction from where I live, Triangle, VA. (Just outside of Quantico Marine Corps Base)

* If you are outside of the 30-40 minutes and I accept your assignment, we will need to be working on at least a once a week basis and there will be a $40 surcharge fee for each visit. (This may seem a bit extreme to you but once you see the quality of my work, you will be happy to pay the surcharge fee)

Contracts:

*Upon my initial visit to your home, I will evaluate the size, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, present condition and of course your expectations and wishes of me.

*Once that is all hammered out, we will decide how often you would like for me to for me to come and the cost of each visit. I will draw up a contract with your wishes and my policies and we can begin working together just as soon as it is signed by the both of us.

*This is my livlihood and I of course want you to have me back again and again. I want to make you so happy with your house gleaming that I do go above and beyond what most house cleaners do.

*I work Mondays through Sundays for your convenience.
