Since its founding in 2003 as a retail store, D.Y. has grown into an independent record label, artist management and entertainment company. With our passion for music we effortlessly work to adapt to modern entertainment with recording artists, producers, DJs and composers. We are a full service organization, supporting diversity and talent via essential artist services such as music publishing, distribution, touring, booking, new media, production, strategic brand development, performance royalties and more. We’ve created strong partnerships with diverse professionals in the industry that have high an interest in helping our artists in important aspects of their music careers. We focus solely on what's important putting everything into developing new talent producing all sorts of creative art in the form of music! We believe strongly in creating a collaborative organization that encourages creativity, community and an environment where artists can work on their music freely. We are D.Y. "I FROM HERE" MUSIC PUBLISHING"

"I From Here" clothing brand, a sub- division of D.Y., was launched in 2012 and trademarked globally. Founder Steve “Ragga” Chemont also branched out by registering and notarizing the brand as a foundation. Later that same year D.Y. became a full service entertainment company which represents the record label and artist management. In addition D.Y. had established their publishing division company called “I From Here Music Publishing” which is registered by ASCAP — one of the top three American PROs for performance royalties. Music artists on D.Y. includes Tha Hot$hot, a recording artist and performer registered and licensed by BMI — one of the top three American Performance Rights Organizations PROs in the USA.
