Dykes Blackmon

Both Meghan and I were born and raised here in Columbus and have spent most of our lives here other than time away at college. I have a degree in Biology from Wofford College and had thought I wanted to pursue medicine. Yet, while living in Charleston, SC I began renovating historic homes in the downtown area and my passion for real estate was born. I have more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction, leasing, management and now real estate sales with most all of this being in the Columbus and surrounding areas. I love the outdoor pursuits that our community affords and spend my free time whitewater kayaking, hunting, fishing and now my latest endeavor....beekeeping. I also love that this area has such a strong sense of community. Both Meghan and I have served on such boards as Young Life, Historic Columbus Foundation, Bridges Learning Center for Autism and we are active within our church at Christ Community Church here in Columbus. We have three wonderful children ranging in age from are 8 to 6 months which always keep us on our toes.
