I am currently a senior at James Madison University, earning my B.B.A. in Business Management with an expected graduation date of May 2012. I was born and raised in Lexington, Virginia and grew up learning the trade of carpentry while working for my parents construction company on most weekends and during my summers. In 2008, using insurance money I received for a down payment, I bought a house in Lexington, Va for the purpose of renovating it and turning it into a student rental house. While a freshman in college, I conducted and oversaw more that $175,000 worth of renovation to the house over a 9 month period before renting the house out. Two years later in 2010, I acquired a second house in Lexington for the same purpose. I now own and operate two student rental houses with a total of eight tenants. I personally handle all responsibilities that are associated with the houses, which typically consists of anything from handling finances to conducting routine maintenance and making repairs.

Currently, I am on my search for a company to begin a career with that offers the opportunity to work in an exhilarating and fast paced environment and is dedicated to offering the best products and services possible. I believe that a business should dedicate itself to people and put quality second to none. Innovation should be paramount and failure should be a stepping stone.
