Hello, I’m Dylan.

I’m an entrepreneurial web engineer living in Canada.

When I was 9 years old my family drove from Vancouver Island to Costa Rica, where I spent the next 15 years of my life. Before we moved, my dad was often busy. When I saw him struggle with computers I intuited that if I learn how they work I could spend more time with him. I learned everything I could about them, yet was reluctant to learn code. That changed when I picked up a newspaper about Ethereum while sitting on a train in Rome in late 2016. A few days later I began teaching myself Computer Science. In the summer of 2018, with the help of my grandparents and using some money I made investing in Cryptocurrency I enrolled in the #1 rated Full Stack web development boot camp in Europe: Le Wagon.

I am a proponent of social entrepreneurship, decentralized technology, and progressive governance models. I’m also interested in environmental preservation and travel.
