I am a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner based in Etobicoke, Ontario, and the founder of OsteoActivation,a wellness studio focused on helping active individuals relieve chronic pain and reclaim their physical potential.

Whether you're an athlete, a busy professional, or someone recovering from injury, I combine Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and Osteopathic Manual Therapy to create personalized treatments that get to the root of pain fast.

Over the years, I’ve helped more than 2,000 clients overcome everything from low back pain and frozen shoulders to knee and hip dysfunction. My mission? To get you back to doing what you love without discomfort holding you back.
