Dylan Nathaniel Quint is an industrial engineering graduate who earned his BS at the University of Iowa and was elected to the Honors Society. While he was a college student, Dylan Nathaniel Quint consistently worked 25 to 30 hours a week as a building materials floor salesperson at Menards, a home-improvement store in Iowa City, and at the same time maintained a full course load.

Among his academic accomplishments, Dylan Quint completed a semester-long internship with John Deere that focused on technology-driven ways to increase the efficiency of a paint-hanging system in a manufacturing plant. He helped create a parametric software model that defined the movement of parts and evaluated potential sway and movement.

After graduating from the University of Iowa, Dylan Quint took on full-time employment with Menards in early 2018 at another store location in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. There, he serves as an assistant manager, overseeing the sales floor and estimates desk in the Building Materials Department. He is responsible for ensuring high levels of departmental productivity and customer service.
