Dylan Teel
Student in Athens, Georgia
Hello, I’m Dylan. I’m a student living in Athens, Georgia. I was born in and raised in a small town called Cordele. It is about three hours south of Athens, and is not in any way close to being similar to Athens. Ever since I was a young kid, coming to UGA was my biggest dream. I watched Georgia Football every Saturday, even through the year with Joe Cox (yeesh). Being here now is just amazing to me and I love every minute of it. I got to go to every home game this season and loved every second of every game. I’ve worked really hard to be in the position I’m in now. I stayed on top of my grades getting all A’s in high school. Did lots of extracurricular activities, and was even the drum major of my band my senior year. In addition to lots of school work, I’ve been working since the day I turned 16. Through high school, I worked 30-40 hours weekly. Held high positions at work, such as training and managing. Even now in college I still work 20-30 hours, still in those high level positions. I’m majoring in business management in hopes to get a job working at the Chick-fil-A corporate offices, and eventually operating my own Chick-fil-A.
