Welcome! I am Elisabeth Wilson, a brain health advocate and public speaker. I am on a personal mission to improve the delivery of neuro-rehabilitation services to patients with brain injury and other neurological conditions. I help raise awareness and educate through my writing, speaking, and awareness efforts to the public, patients, and medical providers. My background as an attorney assists in these activities. I am the editor of a recently-published book on optimizing brain function and repair through nutrition, which is a powerful resource for patients. My goal is also to help patients directly using my own personal therapeutic efforts as an occupational therapist (license renewal pending).

As a survivor of brain injury myself, I am passionately devoted to ensuring patients with neurological conditions and injuries receive cutting-edge therapeutic interventions aimed at maximizing their abilities across all areas of life. Through my own journeys with a rare brain tumor, debilitating vestibular disorder, and a concussion, I have personally walked the path that my clients will be on toward recovery and healing. My experiences prompted me to leave behind my career path as a litigation attorney to return to my first love of occupational therapy.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, travel, and writing. I’m also interested in learning more about health and wellness, raising awareness about chronic illnesses, and spending time with my dogs.
