Emily Bennett

Hi, I’m Emily. I’m a lawyer living in Chicago, Illinois. I practice civil litigation, commercial law, labor and employment law, and more at Howard & Howard.

I graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, at Washington University in 2003, my M.Ed. from National Louis University in 2005, and a J.D. summa cum laude in 2011 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. I am currently admitted by the bar associations of Illinois, the Northern District Court of Illinois, and the Eastern District Court of Michigan to practice law in these areas.

In addition to my legal practice I also perform a number of speaking engagements, such as my presentation "Engulfed by the Spectrum: The Impact of Autism Spectrum Disorders on Law and Policy" that I co-authored in 2011.
