Banking is generally perceived as something very serious in which there are rules, and more rules to follow. That is true. But that's not all. Most people have many prejudices about the banks because it deals with money, confidentiality and accountability. It's like in life, when we see someone for the first time, we make a judgment, positive or negative but the judgment is there. We often judge people without knowing them really. I thought like most people, but after having worked there for 6 months, I understood. I realized that behind the very reasonable side of banking, hiding a important element to me : the human.
