Ekenedilichukwu Charles Emmanuel, simply known as Saintcharles, is a seasoned strategic leadership and life coach with 15 years of experience. He has mentored and trained about 5000 young leaders, startups and founders of organizations across Africa.

Focused on the Education and Media sectors, he has held roles such as Head of Media at El-Spice Media Ltd and Executive Director of Varsity Innovative Media (Vimedia Africa). He has consulted for companies like Greys House, YennyVicks Hollyhay Creations, Simon Onovo Foundation, and Gods Power Bible Church.

Saintcharles is the Curator of the Varsity Diaries TV series, he's the convener of the LinkedInConnectAfrica, and currently mentors for Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) and Teach For Nigeria Fellowship (TFN). As a human capital investor, he helps young Africans realize their potential, raising a new tribe of transformed and competent leaders from Africa.

He founded the Ekkolaptikos Institute of Strategic Leadership and he is the President of the African Students Leadership Summit and the World Student Leadership Summit. Saintcharles has received awards including the Icon of Exemplary Leadership from ISESA University of Jos and the Most Active Students Rep from Nigeria University Education Students Association.
