Elvin Holloway Jr. III is a baker who works with his customers to provide small batch artisanal breads.

Elvin believes that when it comes to what we eat that simplicity is simple. He uses all natural ingredients with no artificial flavors or preservatives as often as possible.

Elvin has attended the Chicago campus of the world famous Le Cordon Bleu and has worked in the restaurant industry from a young age.

Elvin is a trained baking and pastry professional with 24 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Elvin's culinary education is ongoing and he is also working tirelessly to obtain his B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Argosy University.
