Hey there, I’m Edward. I’m a student living in Arcadia, California. I am a fan of photography, design, and music. I’m also interested in food and dogs.

Not far from now I'm planning to start giving violin lessons. Music has been there for me my entire life and I'd like to share it with the world.

I have been playing the violin since I was six. Since then, I was first part of the private school orchestra in Taiwan, they were specifically strict on orchestral performance which lead me to my middle school success. When I first came to the elementary school orchestra in 4th grade, I was considered the best among the group. I became the second chair in sixth grade, violin II section leader in seventh grade, and eventually concert master in eighth grade. I continued my journey with the violin in high school. I was sat in the front row consecutively every year. My last year here at Arcadia High I'm the concert master for Orchestra two.

Aside from music, I am also interested in creating things. Anything from a small bonfire pit in my backyard and adding mods to my road bike (cycling), to adding shock resistant springs/gels under my car seat to improve the overall quality of the ride. Yes, I like taking calculated risks.

Not long ago I have quit taking 3D arts programs like Autodesk Maya, blender, and After Effects and so on. Origionally, I planned to apply for the Gnomon school Visual Effects, Games, and Animation. Not because it was too hard, but because of a mixture of a lack of time, energy, and money. Although if I have a chance, I do plan on re-entering the 3D arts field.

Another interesting thing about me is that I love animals. Right now, I'm fostering a cat for the Homeless to Forever Foundation along with the founder Catherine Macias. Before that, I was a volunteer for Petsmart's adoption fairs. And everything between that, I have helped fostered many other animals. 4 dogs, 5 cats, a lizard, turtle, and a squirrel to be exact. Yes, a squirrel.
