Emily Redenshek
Student, Volunteer, and Trainer in Columbus, OH
"If you want something to get done, you gotta do it yourself."
I am a fourth year student at The Ohio State University, a trainer at United Parcel Service (UPS), and a volunteer at Ethos Church in Lewis Center.
I have worked in customer service the last several years and also have experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am hard-working, determined, friendly, passionate, outgoing and helpful.
In high school, I was on the Honor Roll and received my varsity letters in both track and field and theatre. I have also received my Associate of Arts degree from Columbus State Community College.
I was a part of theatre and the theatre tech club for a couple years back in high school. I have also volunteered at Infinite Church in Gahanna and at the Colony Cats Adoption Center in Dublin before going to Ethos Church. Previously, I have worked as a cashier at both Taco Bell and Culver's, which jump-started my experience with customer service. Being a trainer at UPS has helped that even further, along with how to handle situations in a fast-paced environment and how to take initiative.
