E. Smitty is a award winning Producer, Engineer, Artist, Consultant, Manager, Speaker & Activist. Since being introduced to Music in 1981, E. Smitty has been an independent pillar in Real Hip Hop. Smitty began making music with childhood friend Brian "Raydar" Ellis in 9th grade, & after a brief attempt at East Carolina University, Smitty decided to pursue a music career. Smitty garnered attention from XXL Magazine releasing his 1st singles with Kool G Rap (Serious & Real G's) followed by #1 college radio hit "Inspiration" feat. Raydar Ellis.

Smitty would continue success producing & featuring with artists such as, Armageddon formerly of (Terror Squad), Agallah the Don, Sadat X of (Brand Nubian), Chino XL, Wise Intelligent, Chris Rivers & many more.

"Choppas On Deck" by Asap Ferg is one of Smitty's latest & most relevant productions off the "Lord's Never Worry" album which gained much aclaim & stellar reviews. E. Smitty was chosen by several major record labels to provide remote productions, mixing & mastering for their artists & received several endorsements from FL Studio, Focusrite, Toft Audio & many more.
