Erica Afanador

Hi! My name is Erica Afanador and I am 22 year old, Canisius College graduate ('15) with a B.S in Sports Management. I am originally from the beautiful San Jose, California and attended Canisius on a full 4-year softball scholarship. Don't get me wrong, I love San Jose and the Bay Area, but once I moved to Buffalo, I fell in love with the city and everything it has to offer -- even the snow (sometimes)! So, I decided to stay and give East Coast living a chance. As an intern I have worked for the Buffalo Bisons and AdPro Sports where I learned invaluable lessons involving marketing and promotions. Currently, I am working at New Era Cap as a Distribution Coordinator and it's been and continues to be a great experience! I'm learning about the logistics world and to be honest it's not what I thought it would be -- it's better.
