Hi, I'm Emmanuel.
My career spans several years across various professional endeavors ranging from Marine Engineering, Ship Cargo Operations, Education, LNG Production Excellence and Business Improvement Analyst with over two decades spent o various roles and assignment in the Oil & Gas sector.
I am an experienced Business & Data Analyst and Plant Operations Specialist with strong focus on Production Excellence of a $13.2b industrial facility in the energy sector, addicted STEM Teacher, and Youth Development enthusiast based in Nigeria but open to global opportunities.
I am passionate in preparing secondary school leavers for higher education. Co-developing “Case Study methodology” ways of teaching & learning for tertiary institutions - a branded technological innovation. I am also a Certified Kaizen Continuous Improvement (CI) practitioner.
In the Business Improvement and Production Excellence space, I support the Process Plant Operations team to highlight external Operational challenges to business leaders thereby ensuring end-to-end flawless planning and execution of maintenance services at a $13.2b LNG processing facility.
As a Certified John Maxwell Coach I engage in Youth development program across all strata. I am a Core Value Ambassador (COVA) of Generation for Societal Change (GSC) - a non-governmental organization, the Nigerian Corresponding Officer of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, (IMechE, UK) - a bridge between IMECHE, UK and her members based in Nigeria; a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) and Fellow - Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria (FIMCN).
Attended trainings and conferences in Nigeria, Europe, Canada, and USA on Plant Commissioning & flawless Start-Ups, Lawrance Reid's Gas Conditioning, Process Modelling, Generic Leadership, People Management, Problem Solving, Crucial Conversation, Data Analytics and Change Management only to mention a few.
An Adviser to the NUTA-BOLT team of young Nigerian undergrads of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State, Nigeria competing at the Formula Student Car Racing competition at Silverstone, UK. Member of the Panel of Judges for Speak-Out for Engineering (SoFE) and Global Engineering Debate (GED) organized by IMECHE, UK for local & regional chapters.
My newly found loves are: Entrepreneurship - Agribusiness, Business & Data Analytic, Creative Innovation and Project Management. I also do some social works volunteering in my spare time.
