Manos Alefragkis

This is yet another boring text which I believe you never get to finish. But hey, you are still around, brave you are! So, let me briefly introduce my self while I still can.

My name is Manos and I am married and live in Crete, a paradise island in the southern part of Greece. I hold a degree in Computer Science from AUTH and my very first passion since I entered this world was the OSS, whether contributing or using it. Along with OSS came the love for open communities and self-organized events. I sincerely believe in Agile Methodology let alone in the value and benefits it brings to any team. I love leading teams and encouraging my team-mates.

I am currently employed at Cytech Mobile, a technology company that delivers solutions for the Telecommunications Industry globally, contributing to both Software and Business Development. In my company, the human is on top of the process and agility gets flesh and bones.

When I have some time to spare, I am usually, coding, traveling, exercising, playing Basketball, running semi-marathons, reading books, listening to music, cooking, co-orging or attending to open communities. Well at least until I find something more intriguing or inspiring.
