Mr. Lopez has an extensive and detailed experience in the direction and management of operations; planning, R&D, risk management, manufacturing, M&A, sales & marketing and business administration and development in the Health Care, Biotechnology and Medical Information Technology fields and a wide and deep experience with international trade and world cultures, he has managed compliance with medical boards and the FDA and with city, county, state and federal government ordinances and regulations. He had managed three different standalone bio-technology business start-up operations as well of being part as a head of a division of a fortune 100 corporation. Mr. Lopez have firsthand experience with the financial aspects of pre & post IPO’s implementations, exit strategies and funding models.
