As a high school student at St. John's Preparatory School in Danvers, Massachusetts, Eamon O'Leary received a Lt. Derek Hines Scholarship and gained admittance to the National Honor Society. Outside of the classroom, he excelled on the lacrosse field, securing the St. John's lacrosse coaches’ award. Eamon O'Leary subsequently matriculated at Connecticut College (Conn College) in New London, where he played varsity lacrosse one season and served as vice president and then president of the Connecticut College Club Lacrosse program. He earned his bachelor of arts in psychology from Conn College in 2019.

After graduating from Connecticut College, Eamon O'Leary accepted a business development representative position with Bullhorn in Boston, Massachusetts. A computer software company that produces and sells software for the professional recruitment sector, Bullhorn spearheads global operations from its Boston headquarters.

Drawing upon his history as a lacrosse player, Mr. O'Leary played an integral role in the creation of the first adaptive lacrosse program in the United States. This program gave individuals with disabilities the opportunity to learn the basics of lacrosse and begin playing the game.
