As Director of Operations, he oversaw a division generating over $495 million annually while creating the “Field Champions” program to recognize and retain top performers. Later, as General Manager of the Specialty Ceilings business, he implemented a turnaround strategy that increased unit value by 350 percent, streamlined operations, and improved employee engagement, ensuring consistent profitability and growth.
Outside of his career, he has been active in mentorship, school volunteering, and conservation efforts in Colorado. A family-oriented individual and dedicated marathon runner, he applies the same discipline in his personal life that he brings to his work.
