I'm a claims advocate. More specifically, I help people with their claims. I'm old school in that regard. If a claim is owed, it needs to be paid. If not, then no worries. I discovered a few years ago, most adjusters don't share my mindset. These are the individuals I help to adjust their persepctive. My largest settlement was 3.25M for a head injury. The only type of claims I shy away from are workers comp. The majority of my work centers on commercial property claims, however I also do some freelance work for a small independent adjusting firm and some consulting work for attorneys on bad faith claims. One could say I'm passionate about claims. More importantly, I like to help others.
