Earthan lends his assistance as a writer and adviser in formulating everything from white papers of projects to the interactive guidelines of work places as communities, with a focus on setting the highest, specifically fitting standards of sustainable thrift, open communication, relevant im- as ex-pression and collaborate leadership.

He is a founding member of the Global Challenges Retreat in England, member of U-solve SELE, School of Empathic Leadership and Entrepreneurship and The Empathic Gaming Project (eGaming Project), presently developing games for smartphones exploring empathic precursors and the human brain in both abstract as neuro-scientific terms.
