ELRC focuses on entire Research solutions particularity Northern and Eastern Part of Sri Lanka, Data Collections, Monitoring Evaluations, Analysis, Design and develop policy to enhance the system and ELRC maintains sophisticated database structures and systems that effectively and efficiently support data collection with high Technology involvement. Provide input and analyses for multi focused research project(s). Works under the general direction of a Principal Investigator or highly qualified Research Staff.
