Hi, my name is Edwin
For a while, like most of us I struggled with my weight. As time passed it became more difficult to maintain a physique I felt comfortable with. I got to the worst point in my life, weighing as much as 335 pounds. In 2014 after facing a divorce and an array of health issues I began to take action.
I started by going to the gym with the only purpose of keeping my mind occupied and away from all my problems. Then I learned about Intermittent Fasting and the benefits of it. I dedicated to it day and night. Between fasting and an exercise routine I managed to lose serious weight without feeling like I was killing myself.
