Hi Everyone! I am a mother of two, and no, this image is not a picture of my abs. It is a picture of what I am working towards. I am starting by eating clean. I have heard that the majority of what needs to take place to lose weight and gain the muscle I would like is in diet, and not exercise. Once I get started on my new eating habbits, I will start a more intense training schedule. Right now I walk, a lot, and that is it. I'm taking this one day at a time.
