As a social worker, counselor, life coach but mostly importantly as a former bulimic, my passion is improving the emotional health of my clients through self-awareness, healthy eating and lifestyle strategies. Many people are unaware of their emotional dependency on food to function, cope or just get through a crazy day. Dieting is a common method used to lose weight, however it only exacerbates stress and perpetuates food cravings.

My upcoming published book, Eating Myself Crazy: How I Made Peace With Food (and How You Can Too) discusses how our dietary choices influence our moods and behaviors and obsessing about weight promotes compulsive-eating behaviors.
