Emanuel Balams

Emanuel L. Balams Jr. is an Atlanta personal injury attorney who is committed to working with clients for the best possible outcome in each case. Balams founded Balams Law Group in 2011, and he has been practicing law since 2007. Now, he is dedicated to representing clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Balams, a Mobile, Ala., native earned his bachelor's of science degree in marketing at the University of South Alabama in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa.

The attorney has worked in several law offices and has experience conducting extensive legal research and assisting in conducting pretrial preparation as a law clerk. He also worked as an associate attorney for more than four years before founding Balams Law Group. As an associate attorney he successfully negotiated settlements in more than 200 cases.

Balams practices primarily in personal injury, auto accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, owner negligence and premises liability. He also has experience in product liability cases and nursing home abuse and neglect cases.

Balams is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He represents people throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area, including Lawrenceville, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs and Norcross.
