Hi, I’m Edward John. I’m living in Davao City, Philippines.

I'm a customer care representative via e-mail and chat (Zendesk and Zopim) for more than a year already and I can say that I am good at it, considering that I championed a consecutive 4-month long top employee status which gave me more motivation to do the job better.
