Ebenezer Essuman is a young man who is passionate about entrepreneurship and helping young people to pursue their dreams. He is the founder and Executive Director of Synergy For Success Ghana (SFS-Ghana) and the current National Coordinator of The African Network Of Entrepreneurs (TANOE) and also the initiator of the #Born2Impact tour. Ebenezer Essuman is into leadership, entrepreneurship, personal development coaching and youth empowerment advocate and at his young age and networks, he has speak in some number of conference, seminars and host of capacity building programs across the country. Ebenezer is the founder and the Executive Director of Synergy For Success Ghana (SFS-Ghana) a social enterprise that helps young people in their projects and events. SFS-Ghana since its inception has partnered with Ghana Center for Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (GCEEI), The African Network Of Entrepreneurs (TANOE), Greight foundation and host of other firms and organization to put together some youth empowerment projects and events like the iCAN Mentorship projects, Readwise project, Mentor our next leader, Leadership and Entrepreneurship conference and others. SFS-Ghana in 2013 trained and mentored of 800 youth (Students(SHS and Tertiary) and workers in leadership, business and time management. Ebenezer s also the current National Coordinator of The African Network Of Entrepreneurs, a hub for entrepreneurs established about 5 years ago. TANOE can current boast of over 750 members across 5 different African countries. TANOE has trained, networked and mentored over 3000 entrepreneurs, assisting them to overcome challenges in starting and growing businesses in Africa and providing resources they need such as education & capacity building, business development consultancy, funding and financing assistance, training in leadership, teambuilding, marketing, social media and many more.
