Eons ago I studied librarianship and learned to write at Macworld magazine. I joined Publishing Praxis, once Germany's #1 prepress magazine, as editor, and left seven years later as editor-in-chief to run an indy software company.

I live in the south of Germany with my family of five (plus a dog and a swarm of relatively stupid fishes) but consider myself a global citizen. Whenever possible I spent my time in our aeroclub's Pipers and Cessnas below and above the clouds.
