Aerobics Avenue gives people the opportunity to take part in exercise and dance classes via the internet. It is the perfect option if you do not have the time or finances to attend a private health club. Ebony is also a business development consultant and she owns a business development consultancy called Plan it Well (www.planitwellbd.com). Her aim is to help aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs to open and run successful SME's. She offers advice, expertise and training in business and marketing services aswell as smart and affordable options for small business owners.
