Ebony Haire
Valdosta, Georgia, United States
Hi! My name is Ebony. I was born in Albany, Georgia but grew up a few minutes away in Leesburg. I graduated from Lee County High School. Go Trojans! I’m currently a freshman at Valdosta State University majoring in Biology. Go Blazers!
Personally I don’t think I have any hobbies. I am more of a do-what-looks-fun-at-the-moment kind of girl. I do however enjoy reading and football. I loved attending my high school football games over the past 4 years. There’s something about those Friday night lights that draws me in. I’m really excited to start attending VSU games especially since they're free for students. Another key fact about me is that I love anything free, especially t-shirts. I basically collect them. Anyone who knows me well knows that I don’t like to be bothered with easy, moderate or hard conversations or questions until after I have had my coffee. It's just not a good idea. I also enjoy any kind of food. I literally eat everything except squid and oysters. I love to travel even though the furthest I’ve been was Canada and the Bahamas. I also really love the beach. I’m allergic to cats, oak and pecan tree pollen and dust mites. I’m always sick because all of my closest friends own cats. Aren’t I lucky?
I chose biology as my major because it is a great pathway into the medical field. It was always my best subject in high school. Eventually I want to become a Physician assistant for a sports team. I think I decided on my career at a high school football game when a friend of mine who was on the team got injured during a tackle. I decided then that I wanted to have some kind of medical job but also work for a football team. I also want to make sure that I have other opportunities in case I change my mind. Biology gives me a foot in the door to almost anything.
That was a lot to take in at one time. But I hope this has helped you gain a sense of who I really am!
