I am a philanthropic entrepreneur and human services leader with over 20 years experience in the child welfare field in both the public and private sectors.

As a national speaker, trainer, life coach and consultant I equip youth service professionals with tools to help youth succeed. My purpose and passion for young people in foster care stem from decades of working in this industry.

My goal in life is to equip thousands of youth services professionals with the tools and resources to help youth achieve in life and to end homelessness for youth aging out of the foster care system.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Organizational Management and is a Certified Life Coach.

I am the Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of Youth Empowerment Success Services, Inc., (YESS) a nonprofit organization with a mission to end youth homelessness for youth between the ages 18-24 who are aging out of Georgia's foster care system.

My interests range from entrepreneurship to reading. I am also interested in technology, wine, and innovation.
