Linguist and Data Scientist in l'Ametlla de Mar, Spain
Born in a Catalan-speaking Mediterranean fishing village. Linguist and bearded leftist. Jazz-Funk lover.
Experimental Linguistics problem-solver.
I hold a PhD in Linguistics from the UPF (2012), and I have worked as an Adjunct Professor at different universities (UAB, UPF, URV). My main interests are Phonology, Language Variation, Pragmatics, and Data Science applied to Language.
I work as a Research Technician for researchers from all universities in Barcelona that offer language-related studies (UAB, UPF, UB, UOC, UIC), mostly in charge of their statistical analyses and experimental designs.
Now I'm studying a BA in Applied Data Science at UOC.
