Ebru led marketing, communications, and brand about 20 years in global consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture. She influenced various country agenda items like diversity & inclusion, employer branding and sustainability initiatives covering regions like Growth Markets (Australia, Latin America, Japan, China, Philippines, India, Middle East, Africa, Russia, Turkey) and Europe.

She has been selected to participate in the CMO Accelerator Program at the Cannes Lions Creativity Festival for five consecutive times. She is listed as one of the top 50 CMOs in Turkey, awarded one of the Middle East's female leaders by Women Leadership Congress, and a winner of the Women in Martech Vibe Awards. Ebru is listed as “Asia’s 100 Women Power Leaders 2023”. She was also named "Wonder Women of MENA" by Brandberries. She is ranked among "Top 10 CMOs in Dubai" by Women Entrepreneur India Magazine.

Ebru has diverse experience in marketing and communications specialized in business transformation, digitalization, strategic marketing, branding, public relations, brand management, corporate communications and executive profiling. She is recognized as leader in strategic management, elevating brands in B2B, B2C and B2G, media relations, corporate communication, change management and growth marketing. Ebru coaches CMOs and Marketing teams for elevating marketing teams’ performance in the organizations.

Ebru is one of the founding members of “Women Board of Directors” in Turkey. She enabled WEConnect International Turkey Chapter. Ebru supports Women20 (W20) part of G20, whose main aim is to increase women empowerment. Ebru is the Chairwoman of IWBD (International Women Board of Directors) and board member in Marketing Society where leading around 500 CMOs and brand decision makers in the Middle East are members of. Ebru is married and lives in Dubai for about 5+3 years, 5 years settled and 3 years traveling back and forth to the region every other week.

Ebru studied Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University. She has Management and Leadership Excellence certificates from Harvard Business School. She was selected for the program, ‘High Potential Women Leaders’ of Stanford University Graduate School of Executive Education.
