Emily Cappai

Originally from Atlanta, I have always had the desire to work in public relations. My interest for public relations has grown with my experience over the past three years at the University of South Carolina, along with my interests in event management, marketing, and the entertainment industry. I received my first leadership opportunity as a freshman in my sorority, Kappa Delta, as a member of the social committee. Since then, I have taken over the committee and served as a member of council as social chair during my sophomore and junior year. Currently, I am an intern at the American Heart Association working with Development and Special Events. I am always looking to grow my skill set and immerse myself in the world of public relations. I am extremely organized and enthusiastic with everything I do. I aspire to travel the world and meet new people along my journey.
