My background includes general management, talent development, product commercialization, manufacturing, supply chain operations, strategy development, and portfolio & program management.

I earned a B.S. in chemical engineering and M.S. in business operations excellence at The Ohio State University, attended executive leadership at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and am a recent graduate of the International Coach Academy. I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, hold three application patents, and currently a board member of The Ohio State University Buckeye Engineering Women in Executive Leadership.
