The Northern Neck on the Chesapeake Bay of Virginia is my home. I grew up on the banks of the Rappahannock River. My youthful experiences: working at a local resort, discovering that visitors were charmed by the great hospitality and warmth of Northern Neck residents and enchanted by the rural, waterfront setting; working as a carpenter; on the water as a crab-potter and operating my own herb farm & shop, provided an opportunity to form a special bond with the people, land and waters of the Northern Neck.
