Hi everyone, my name is Echo! I am a student, artist, and writer currently living in Issaquah, WA. My interests range from design to arts. I am also interested in reading, singing, and writing. The journalistic writing style of my past works can be described as human interest and reader impact. If you have ever read my articles, you will find out that the topic focus of my articles are either the “stories" portraying the humanity side of the current world, or the interesting fun theme that can last an impact on the readers. I love to write these type of news articles rather than serious reports because its ability to educate and affect the readers perspectives of the world by others thoughts, and from my opinion, this is really important in journalism field.

The biggest take away from Mr Ulland's journalism class is the idea of how to write articles with humanity elements. In one of my article about disabilities awareness, I interviewed several people who shared their thoughts, and I learned through the journalism techniques and combining it with my unique writing style and formed the article. I think it is the journalism class taught me how to actively use the primary sources as a strong perspective in the article that can leave impact in readers' heart.

I love journalism!!
