Chelsea Echols

Chelsea Echols is a 2D and 3D CGI environment modeler who pursues excellence in imaging, modeling, surfaces, and lighting. The environment of a given scene sets the stage for production animation. Echols's attention to acute detail creates a technically efficient and inspiring workspace for animators to work in. To date, she has worked at MG Studios as an isolation and dimensional artist in production of the 2011 film "Conan the Barbarian". Chelsea was a production assistant in video art, Ante Fenestram Somniat in Albo, which has been festival jury-selected and collected (2012). In all, her work contributes to the creation of an aesthetically pleasing experience for the audience.

Chelsea was born in Dayton, Ohio. Growing up in a military family, she found herself consistenly immersed in the culture of our country, in places such as Washington D.C. and Boston, Massachusetts. Chelsea's love for environmental modeling draws from the many historical structures that surrounded her growing up.
