I have being working on customer centric mission critical environments as a Systems, Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist for nearly 6 years and currently involved as a visiting lecturer for PG Diploma level of BCS. I have experience in planning, implementing and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure. Negotiation, problem solving skills and self-motivation dazzle my proactive character as a hardworking team member and a respected leader.
