Enzo Costanza

Enzo Costanza has worked at BionX international Inc. as the VP of Operations.
Prior to joining BionX, Enzo was responsible for overseeing Blackberry’s Global Manufacturing Assembly Operations with direct management of their EMS outsource partners contracted to produce latest BB10 OS Smartphone Portfolio. He was key member of the Blackberry Senior Leadership team tasked to identify and execute on business critical initiatives.

He was also instrumental in driving Blackberry Global Supply Chain transformation initiative sponsored by RIM’s COO. This critical initiative positioned RIM on the leading edge of supply chain management through a fully integrated end-to-end, multi-tiered supply chain architecture solution. This strategy helped RIM’s supply chain expand quickly as the BlackBerry brand grow and resulted in improved forecast accuracy, increased delivery performance, flexibility, and cost efficiency.

Prior to joining RIM/Blackberry, Enzo had a 16-year career with IBM Canada Ltd. / Celestica Inc. where he held a series of progressively senior positions in Manufacturing and Operations. He was charged with managing profitable customer engagements with IBM, Cisco, Sun , SGI, Cray Supercomputers, EMC, Nortel, Juniper and Honeywell Aerospace.
Enzo holds an Honors Bachelor in Applied Sciences, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a Licensed Ontario Professional Engineer.
