Howdy, I’m Ed. I’m an instructor/teacher living in Boise, Idaho. I am a fan of music, entrepreneurship, and outdoors. I’m also interested in causes and education. You can visit my company website with a click on the button above.

My teaching experience extends beyond some three decades involving various subjects of interest including firearms training. For many years now I have had an interest and held a passion for guns. Over the course of my life I turned that passion and interest into teaching gun safety education and Idaho firearms training and instruction. The founding of Shadow Dawg Firearms Academy in Boise has intensified my passion, which has opened the doors to new possibilities in growth and potential. With the addition of new course curriculums and firearms training sessions, a once personal passion has successfully grown into a viable venture.

My wife is also an experienced teacher and Registered Nurse. On top of that, she shares my passion for teaching the fundamentals of gun safety and gun training. Between the two of us, we manage a group of Idaho NRA instructors who are passionate about teaching others the correct and proper methods of firearms training and use.

Outside of that, I spend time with another life-long passion of music.
