I’m a leadership facilitator and catalyst for people and organizations that need to make a transition from where they are to where they need to be in the future.

I am a passionate believer in the capacity of people to change so that they can make a difference that matters. Too often what stands in their way is their own self-perception and the social and organizational structures that are the obstacles to them taking individual initiative.

Lastly, my advice is change faster and don't look back. The mistakes of today will not matter tomorrow. Learn and move on.
