Ed Coppola

Ed was born in Los Osos, CA and grew up helping run the family business. The Salty Pelican was a very successful restaurant in Baywood Park for over 30 years and taught Ed a great deal about running a business. After moving away from the coast for school and training, Ed returned and few years later and has been involved in many successful businesses all up in down the Central Coast of California. He is an important part of many communities and is especially involved in Avila Beach.

He was married in Oct of 2011 to Erica Avila in Hawaii. He currently owns and runs Xsperience It Party Bus & Limo Rental and an internet company (Sleepless Interactive) with his best friend Jay Olson.
