We all know that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly, expecting the outcome to change. It's easy not to realize this is occurring and to think that - if you only followed your existing practices better - you could achieve a better outcome. The truth is that many processes are simply flawed and could benefit greatly from being lighter and more adaptive.

If the prior prose sounds familiar, know that there is hope. You simply have to be ready to embrace change.

As an Application Architect and Craftsman, I've been designing and implementing applications for corporate intranets and the internet since 2004, with development experience going back to the mid 90s. If you're looking for sincere change, but find yourself lacking the leadership to accomplish it, give me a ring. I love a good challenge.
