I live my life moment by moment, always trying to take advantage of every second this life has to offer. I work to live not live to work, when not providing the best care possible to my patients you will find me either on my bike or doing things with my kids. I am blessed to get paid to ride my bike and have a deep passion for teaching kids the basic skills need to ride their bikes in our local skate park and tracks. My passion for bikes has lead to some great opportunities and currently I ride for spy optics, allen sports, veetire co, ogio, evo and Rockwell watches. My life is full of good times and lots of laughs.

My life is a constantly evolving punch line, one in which I find myself laughing at on a daily basis. I strive to motivate and inspire my children as well as those around me; providing a positive environment in which my children can thrive and grow to be healthy productive adults one day.

I am not afraid of failure as I have failed many times before and likely will many more times before this journey is over; I am however afraid of mediocrity. I will always want to be the best me possible; every day I look at myself and ask how can I be a better me than I was yesterday...... then I go do it.
