Edward Muuo is a Certified Leadership & Personal Development Trainer, Founder and Executive Director at Ethical Leadership Center, and an Audit and Compliance Professional—experienced in leadership development, organization culture design and coordination, and audit and compliance.

🕵🏽‍♂️ As the Founder and Executive Director of the Ethical Leadership Centre (ELC), I lead a youth-driven initiative equipping emerging leaders across Kenya and Africa with tools for values-based leadership, mentorship, and civic engagement. Since its inception, ELC has impacted more than 1,000 young professionalsand students through book studies, mentorship and role modelling, and reflection forums, creating a community of over 170 members. The community has been a virtual hub for continuous growth in five strategic areas:

🔴Beyond leadership development, I am an Audit Associate at Eunice Philip & Associates with the capacity to oversee complete audit execution, the generation of management financial reports, and the performance of tax health checks. My background in finance and training in leadership gives me a competitive edge in building transparent, accountable systems in both business and nonprofit spaces.

📚 My leadership journey includes chairing the Technical University of Kenya Christian Union, representing University Christian Fellowship at the Christian Student Leaders Forum under the Office of the Second Lady, and collaborating globally through programs such as X-Culture International Business Consulting, the North American Division Leadership Forum, and CATALEAD’s High Impact Leader Series.These experiences have sharpened my cross-cultural collaboration, problem-solving, and advisory skills.

My vision is to scale ELC’s footprint across Kenya and East Africa, establishing Ethical Leadership Hubs and authoring transformative resources that drive sustainable systems of mentorship, accountability, and ethical governance.
